The wedding cake design process begins with your ideas. During a complimentary cake-tasting*, you'll work closely with the chef to choose the flavors, palette and architecture of your cake.
In order to understand the overall vision of your wedding and to create the perfect cake for your special day, we recommend that you share with us as many details about your wedding as possible, and bring samples to your tasting when available. Images and descriptions of the venue, flowers, menu, swatches of fabric or pictures of dresses are all very helpful. Based on the consultation, you'll receive a hand-drawn illustration for final approval, followed by a cake contract to be agreed upon by the chef and client.
We think the wedding cake should be both an accent and a centerpiece, something everyone will enjoy in the moment and remember for years to come.
